Pupils from Cuxhaven and Wilhelmshaven explored the North Sea as part of the WATT'n Meer project. Daniel Schneider, marine policy spokesman for the SPD parliamentary group on marine policy in the German Bundestag, was there up close. For him, one thing is certain: "Our oceans must be protected, because in order for us to survive, we need healthy oceans and people who understand this."
